There is a 60FPS patch in the giveaway, I tested it on ps4 pro + turbo mode. Either a perfect 60 frames, or very very close, although there may be screen tearing. It is better not to put it on a veil / slim.
On my own behalf, I recommend playing in English voice acting. I myself studied in Russian and was constantly annoyed that, for example, they speak English Delilah, and in Russian Delilah, and instead of Daoud – Daud. But in general, the Russian voice acting is not the worst.
